Terms & Conditions
1) Once Confirmation received, please provide us your request logo or artwork in Ai Format (Adobe Illustrator file ) / PS File (Photoshop File) and also JPG file in high resolution.
For other related printing please provide us your requested Pantone code or CMYK Code for full color printing
2) All price quoted validity for 2 weeks, it is subject to change follow by fluctuation of currency exchange rate, material or accessories.
3) Customized Physical Sample will only provide based with case confirmation.
Remarks for sample charges:-
*For non-confirm case, a deposit of RM 800 is required and sample for mould fees charges is subject with the final design, the deposit is refundable once sample is approved.
*For all confirm case are entire for 1 free copy of sample, the free copy of sample is subject to your quantity confirmation, if customer need additional sample the charges is subject to the final design.
4) All customized item delivery time will be based on sessions from 45days – 90days
The delivery period start count after we received your company purchase order, final artwork / sample confirmation and deposit.
5) Ready stock delivery in 2 to 3weeks based with artwork confirmation
6) Payment terms: 50% deposit upon confirmation and 50% balance upon delivery payable to:
